Giovanni Allegretti believes in the extended participation of citizens in the planning and construction of public policies. His enormous dedication for the topic of participatory systems becomes more than obvious, considering that Giovanni has been working on the setting, training and evaluation of participatory budgets in cities of more than 50 different countries. It is his passion to bring together lay and expert knowledge in order to create a shared decision-making process and finally take advantage of this new kind of language.
